come reset and relax every tuesday at the cozy fernwood hub for a 75-minute candlelit yin & nidra class. this weekly class is designed to help you unwind: physically, emotionally, and spirtualy. with deep stretches and yoga nidra, we allow our bodies to go to a state of deep rest, the place where healing & magic happens. physical assists are offered with consent, adding an extra layer of support and comfort. perfect for those seeking a peaceful mid-week reset in a warm and inviting space. see you tuesday at the fernwood hub!

join me weekly for a roots (hot hatha) practice that takes us back to the fundamentals of our practice! this class is accessible, rejuvenating, and perfect for all levels, offering a grounding experience that brings you back to your roots. i am so excited to be teaching this hot (38 degree) late night class every week in our firey summer season - I’d love to see you there!
Join me Sunday mornings for Slow Flow — a gentle, intentional practice to ease into your day with grace and steadiness. This Flow Level 1 class is perfect for all levels, offering mindful movement, breath awareness, and space to connect deeply with yourself. We’ll move slowly, with intention, allowing the body to awaken and the mind to soften.
It's the perfect way to start your week grounded, spacious, and centered. I’m so excited to be offering this quiet, nourishing class every Sunday at 8am — I’d love to flow with you.
